You can rent this home/townhouse in three different ways. This townhouse contains two units that can be rented together or separately. If you have a large family or group gathering it would be ideal to rent both units together. If you have very large groups it is possible to rent other townhomes inside the same complex. Having a family reunion or a wedding in Destin? Plan ahead and rent units that are able to accommodate groups of sixty or more people.

One unit is made up of the two top levels. Level two has a kitchen, dining area, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath and deck. The third level has a master bedroom with private bath and a guest room and another full bathroom. Attached to the master bedroom is a crow's nest, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views of the beach. The beautiful sunsets will have you coming back year after year. This unit can sleep up to six people comfortably.

The other unit is on the first level and is 1BR/1BA and has a living room, kitchen, and deck. This unit can sleep four people comfortably. Both of these units have private entrances that are accessed from the Highway 98 side of the unit. The units can be connected via an interior door. You can also access the private beach and deck by the keyed staircase from all levels. You can access the beach and deck from each sleeping area.

Another great reason to stay at this Destin beach house rental is it's location. It's convenient to many of Destin's most popular restaurants. For those that enjoy shopping, this rental is not far from the Silver Sands factory outlet, one of Destin's more popular shopping destinations. You can also enjoy other activities and entertainment including the numerous golf courses, waterparks, and more.
