The Destin Towers condo complex is conveniently located close to the heart of Destin, right next to Jade East . This stately condo complex has units of all sizes and for all tastes. Most of the units have either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms, with 1 ½ or 2 full baths. All the condos are built on the gulf front, commanding a great view of the Gulf and sugar white beaches.

Some of the shared amenities at the condo complex include a community pool, children’s pool, tennis courts, and laundry facilities. There is also a Jacuzzi hot tub and an all round elevator for increased accessibility. Other amenities at Destin Towers include covered parking and a club house. The complex also has a remarkably large sundeck.

Each unit is equipped with a TV set - complete with a DVD player and exclusive DVD rentals. Each unit has a full width balcony, that sports raised chairs, overlooking the Gulf. The units are well furnished and themed and all of the rooms in condo are clean and in great shape.

The condos are walking distance from the Destin town proper, an area known for its great shopping. These include the Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Outlet Stores, the world’s largest apparel outlet. The Towers are also near Destin’s famous Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, which is a great place to take the kids to have a little bit of fun on a hot summer day.

Destin Towers condo offers complimentary access to various Destin attractions, including charter fishing, cruises and boating adventures. Most condos around Destin don’t offer these, which leaves visitors going to great trouble to access them.

The condo’s rental rates vary by season, from a low of $208 a day during the low season to $323 a day during the high season. These numbers are for the 2 bedroom units; the 3 bedroom units will run you even more. Unlike most condos in the area that are rather crammed, these units are spacious, with only 3 units per floor.

There is a wide array of activities to choose from. You could go boating or fishing on the Gulf Coast’s emerald colored waters, go jet skiing or go canoeing. There is also snorkeling and scuba diving for the more adventurous types. The condo is strategically placed near two major parks, the Henderson State Park and the famous Big Kahuna’s water and Adventure Park.
